TRAUMA INFORMED TRAINING OF TRAINERS

PHASE 1 OF THE SERIES - COMPLETED

TRAINING OF TRAINERS
BECOMING TRAUMA COMPETENT HEALING CAREGIVERS

Consider this - 67 participants representing over 20 countries from around the world...Pakistan Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Ukaine, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Bolivia, Laos, Cambodia, China, India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Guatamala, Liberia, USA, Canada and likely more....

All together to learn how to work with a child who has suffered from Chronic Developmental Trauma.  Helping caregivers, parents, workers and leaders make a difference and become INTENTIONAL IN THEIR INTERVENTIONS....using strategies that truly help children heal.

This series was the brainstorm of Jayne Schooler, LAMb team member and was carried out with professional expertise by a team called Lamplighters -  from Shelter church in Dayton, Ohio.  The event was co-sponsored by Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO).

Next Phase is the Life Skills Training of Trainers - which is going to be held at the same place on June 26, 27, and 28, 2014.  Registration will be opening soon!  Watch for the details on this blog and on our trauma blog:
