ILDC - INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER
LAMb International, Institute for Human Services, Father's House and Christian Broadcasting Network were the co-founders of ILDC. This organization has been a dream for LAMb for many years. An organization where nationals were training nationals.
Today that is a reality. ILDC operates out of Kiev, Ukraine. We have four full time staff, an executive director, training director, marketing and fundraising director and a project manager for the project - Adopt Ukraine. Our staff are professionals who are committed to making life better for children and families.
They are working hard to create partnerships across Ukraine that will work with them to bring best practice skills and knowledge to government, schools, non-governmental agencies, churches and individuals who what to better themselves.
