BREAKING NEWS..BREAKING NEWS..BREAKING NEWS
We hired the Resident Mentor to live at Jeremiah House!  She is from Bishkek.  She speaks Kyrgyz, Russian and some English.  She has a degree in pedagogy and has worked with youth for 17 years.  She was with a private school and has lots of experience working with youth living in a dorm.  She loves to garden, cook and work with children.  She is looking forward to filling the chicken building with chickens.  She once had 30 pigs.  But thank goodness she is not interested in doing that again!

She has one son, who is attending university to become a lawyer.  She brings the beliefs, values and background we really want for living with and teaching our youth who are in critical need of learning life skills.  She will move into Jeremiah House on Monday or Tuesday!  Her name is Gulnara.

Yes, she is amazing and we just found her to be totally unreal...in that we could not have found a person better qualified to live with our dear children!
