Each day during the summer months the youth at Jeremiah House and DaySpring have had opportunities to learn and grow.  Most recently we had a great week of cooking for the JH boys.

Since there was a youth camp where several of our DS and JH youth were going to attend and the parents wanted to go as well – we had a need. 

Who would support and oversee the boys still staying home to work their jobs?  Step in Sondra!

Opportunity?  Let’s teach the boys to cook.  So each day was a new cooking lesson!

ü     Stuffed Cabbage Roles

ü     Spaghetti and Meatballs, ETc.

And then later – with cooking in her veins – she worked with the staff and girls at DS and did a batch of peaches and placed them in jars – ready for winter. 

NEXT?  Sondra is readying the Eagles Nest Farm and will be using this as a learning/teaching program.

JEREMIAH 29:11 Family and youth joined together out at Rot Front at the Eagles Nest Farm (named by the youth) to start the clean up of the property.  Sondra Adams, LAMb missionary is there to oversee the work and develop the farm to be a working farm for the youth.
