TANYA WILL JOIN THE TEAM

TANYA SOKRUTOVA

ANNOUNCEMENT - BREAKING NEWS

We are pleased to announce that Tanya Sokrutova has joined out team and will begin working with us on May 1, 2012.   We have known Tanya for about five years and are most excite to have her working with us.  She is a major blessing to our team and will be a key person to manage many different projects when we are not in the country.

Tanya is married to Dabu, who often drives for us and has been a great helper in some of the renovation projects we have been working on.  Tanya and Dabu have two daughters; Renata and Anita.  Presently Renata is in the United States studying at Crown College.   Anita is still in elementary school - going to the School of Blessing.

We are honored to have her join our team.  This all part of the process of turning over the work of ministry to our national team.  Praise God for this new team addition.

WELCOME TANYA FROM THE LAMb Team......

BREAKING NEWS - BREAKING NEWS

LYNN WITH OLGA AND COSTA LITVENINKO
SIGNING AGREEMENTS

HAPPY DAY!

OUR FIRST FULL TIME MISSIONARIES - WE SEND!
THEY WILL SERVE IN KYRGYZSTAN
WE CAN FINALLY BREAK THE NEWS. .....

When we first began working in Ukraine in 2003 - Ed Dickson introduced us to Costa and Olga Litveninko - from Krivoy Rog.  Costa interpreted for us along with our first interpreter - Andre.  After Andre left for Canada - we hired both Costa and Olga full time to work with us.  They traveled with us to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and all over Ukraine.  We essentially lived together for about four years.  And then - we were saddened when they felt they needed to change directions.  Olga delivered their second child and Costa went back to University to get his degree in Business Management.

HOWEVER, they always told us there would be a day they would return to us and to the work of LAMb International.  Well the day has arrived.  As things began to change in Kyrgyzstan and we were going to lose two members of our team - we contacted Costa.  AND only two days before, they felt the Lord tell them - there would be BIG changes coming their way.

Miracle after miracle with their families backing them and blessing them to go -  100% - , and so many other things confirmed again and again they are the right persons for the work.  Costa will become the Country Director for LAMb International, and ILDC in Kyrgyzstan.  Olga will become our Residential Director.  Both will work closely with the covering church of Dayspring and will be responsible to manage all the operations of our dear Kyrgyzstan.

The Litveninkos will move to Kyrgyzstan in July.  We welcome them and are so excited they are our first SEND....Once again - thank you our friend - ED DICKSON!  You introduced us.

WHAT A WONDERFUL TEAM BEING DEVELOPED IN KYRGYZSTAN.  AND SOON WE WILL ANNOUNCE ONE MORE TEAM MEMBER.....A WONDERFUL KYRGYZ WOMAN WE HAVE KNOW SINCE 2005.

WELCOME COSTA AND OLGA

Showing up with the team -  and what an exciting time it was!

Pastor David - quickly became Grandpa David!
John and Julie prefer to be Uncle and Aunt - guess that has something to
do with age!

Emma was a hit immediately - of course!

And so was Bekah - of course - and here is our newest
visitor Josiah - for Quebec.  He was accepted quickly as well.
Altanai just seems at peace, seeing her country children loved and well cared for.

And after our wonderful evening inside the hourse- Papa Talant took his little
girls outside to play ball.

LIFE IF GOOD!

AN EVENING AT DAYSPRING - HOPE IN ACTION

MEETING OUR LITTLE GIRLS FOR THE FIRST TIME
DAYSPRING HAS EIGHT LITTLE GIRLS
WHAT BEAUTIES THEY ALL ARE

Lynn is a hit!

Mama Acel is telling them the stories about their new
Beanie Babies
(What a great donation this was!)

Papa Talant - is a major big "hero" for the little girls.  They love him
and show this in so many ways.

The attachment that has developed between Acel and the girls is
beautiful to watch.

"No I am seven!"  (Can't speak or count well in Russian?  No problem, fingers still work!

SOME OF THE STORY

We had a donor introduced to us several years ago.  This donor is committed to rescuing children who would otherwise have been left on the streets, sent to orphanages or kept in abusive situations.   With their support we purchased the home - we now call Dayspring.  It is a large six bedroom home.  We renovated the home, carried out the agreements with the local government and included it into our statute for our registered organization in Kyrgyzstan.

We decided this PILOT project would be to bring permanency to 10 little girls.  We hired a family, other staff and opened the home and waited for our little girls.  We heard the stories of children needing homes, saw the children in the markets begging and yet it took MONTHS for the city government to agree to complete all the necessary paperwork.  Now it is done and we have a good relationship with the local authorities and we also have been blessed with a home full of joyful and fascinating little girls.

Tonight, we met the little girls for the first time.  It was an awesome time.  They were expecting us and we were greeted with glee.  We are so honored to be part of this path of rescuing these little ones.  One child - at a time.

We thank each of you for helping us carry out this demonstration of HOPE and DIGNITY.  We need your support and each child will benefit from the ongoing gifts you give.

Clothing, medical needs, food, toys, schooling - just each need being met ensures each child continues moving forward toward a better future.

AND WE BELIEVE - IN A WORLD WITHOUT ORPHANS - STARTING ONE CHILD AND ONE COUNTRY AT A TIME!
